2PM's Junho declines holiday to volunteer in Ethiopia

The first episode of EBS’s new program “Global Project – Sharing” recently aired, featuring 2PM’s Junho. Just a while ago he returned from his volunteer work in Ethiopia and viewers were surprised to have known that Junho had actually declined his vacation days in order to take part in this volunteer service. This holiday would have been the first for Junho since the debut of 2PM 4 years ago.
 
This act of kindness was met with great response, as viewers commented on the impact Junho had towards them. They felt more compelled to seeking opportunities to volunteer and seek to share the same happiness Junho demonstrated as well.

In Ethiopia, Junho was finally able to meet the child that he had been sponsoring for the past year, and he gifted the child with a present as well. He also encountered people who suffered from elephantiasis, a disease that causes the individuals feet to develop thick skin, similar to those of an elephant. He sang and danced together with these people, which showcased the character of Junho towards the viewers. "Sharing" will continue as a global project through which celebrities can use their gifts and abilities to spread love.
