OK Punk releases MV for their cover of 2NE1's "Ugly"

After releasing their first mini-album last month, indie punk rock band OK Punk has released the MV for their rendition of 2NE1's "Ugly." The video features various clips of the band from their Mnet reality show "Kim Okbin's OK Punk." OK Punk released their rock version of 2NE1's "Ugly" two months ago as a digital single and have been promoting it since, including a special stage on M! Countdown.

OK Punk's self-titled debut mini-album contains four tracks (including "Ugly") and an instrumental. The band previously released a music video for the single "Not The End" off of their mini-album. The band's rework of "Ugly" does away with synthesized drums, focusing only on the rock elements of the original. Despite removing most of the electronic instruments, OK Punk manages to maintain the high energy vibe in 2NE1's performances.
