On the 27th of March, "Strong Heart" aired its "YG Family Special" and managed to pull up their ratings to 11.6%. According to AGB Nielsen Media Research, "Strong Heart" was able to reach an audience of 11.6% nationally, which is also a 2.4% increased compared to its previous episode. Ratings across Seoul also jumped from 11.3% to 13.8%.
The appearance of YG Entertainment's artists such as Big Bang, 2NE1, Se7en, PSY, Tablo, Sean, and Gummy were reported to have played a part in the audience increase, along with the interesting stories shared on the show. The episode was also one of the last episodes of Lee Seunggi as the host.
The episode which aired on March 27th remained on top in viewership ratings with "Win Win" and "100 Minute Talk" at 2.6% and 3.4% respectively.
