During each episode of SBS's Inkigayo every other Sunday, a segment of the show is reserved for a special song. In the past, idols such as G.NA, Teen Top, After School, Girls' Day, CN Blue, f(x), Secret, BEAST, Jewelry, 2PM, A Pink, T-ara, MBLAQ, Dal Shabet, Sistar and K.Will, miss A , FT Island, NU'EST and most recently B1A4 performed the segment on the show.
Tonight, it was BTOB's turn to promote safe driving. With the help of G.NA, the boys demonstrated safe driving ideas. BTOB is in the middle of their debut promotions of "Insane" but took time to record tonight's segment of the "Traffic Safety" song on Inkigayo.
