SM Entertainment's Lee Sooman takes a photo with Hillary Clinton

SM Entertainment's Lee Sooman met with Hillary Clinton, United States Secretary of State, on April 9th at a special movie preview of "The Lady", hosted by the latter. 

Besides Hillary Clinton, well-known representatives from fields like politics and sports were also present. Amongst them were movie director Luc Besson and lead actress Michelle Yeoh, who plays Aung San Suu Kyi.

Netizens were particularly amazed at Lee Sooman's connections with Hillary Clinton and Michelle Yeoh.

Last November, Hillary Clinton stopped by Korea before heading on to Myanmar to meet Aung San Suu Kyi. At the request of Michelle Yeoh, Lee Sooman passed a DVD of "The Lady" to Hillary Clinton ten minutes before she left Korea.

After her hugely successful meeting with Aung San Suu Kyi, Hillary Clinton then diplomatically extended an invitation to Lee Sooman to a movie preview party on April 9th.

Meanwhile, Lee Sooman also discussed the issue of illegal downloads and the protection of intellectual property rights with Christopher J. Dodd, the chairman of the Motion Picture Association of America.
