Secret has completed their first successful Japan tour, "SECRET TIME." Thousands of fans have been reported to have filled the theaters where they held their concerts on March 5th at ZEPP Osaka, ZEPP Nagoya on March 7th, and ZEPP Tokyo on March 8th.

A report by TS Entertainment revealed that Secret's leader Hyosung has fallen down the stairs, resulting in casts on both of her legs. An official from the agency said, "On November 23rd, Jeon Hyosung was involved in an accident when she set out from her dorm for a schedule and fell down the stairs."

"The cartilage in her left knee is torn, and her right foot is fractured. Both her legs have been placed in a cast. She will need to undergo 4 weeks of treatment, according to the hospital."

Today on November 23rd, Hyosung has been scheduled to attend the "Hallyu Expo" ceremony, which would have appointed her officially as the ambassador. The TS Entertainment official continues, "It will be difficult for Hyosung to attend the 2011 Melon Music Awards on November 24th as well."

"Due to Hyosung's injuries we will reschedule her activities, and for now, concentrate on her recovery."

Meanwhile, Hyosung was set to become a featured guest for Bang Yongguk's seoulgroup.blogspot.com set for December 2nd.
