Big Bang's Seungri and Taeyang thank fans for MTV EMA win + more photos of Big Bang in Belfast

Following their successful nomination and win for this year's MTV Europe Music Awards, Big Bang's Seungri personally thanked their fans on the social networking site me2day. Just minutes after receiving their trophy for Best Worldwide Act, Seungri updated his me2day account with a heartfelt message to their fans. 

Beating international pop singer Britney Spears in the same category, Big Bang officially appeared as five members for the yearly awards show which was held in Belfast, Northern Ireland this year. Following their win, Seungri updated his account with a message saying, "FANS! I love you… BIGBANG was awarded for the MTV EMA Worldwide Act which is being held in Belfast, North Ireland…really appreciate it and thanks for the love." At the same time, Taeyang updated his Twitter account with "I LOVE YOU" and "We had a great time in EMA.. Thank you everybody.. Thank you MTV," hours after their win.

The group also received praises from their friends in YG Entertainment as 2NE1's Minzy, Jinusean's Sean, and even their choreographer Shaun Evaristo congratulated the group and their fans from their official Twitter accounts. 

Big Bang was also featured on MTV EMA's homepage as the list of the official winners were posted. The group's winning photo was featured prominently displayed on MTV EMA's homepage and also in the article bearing the details of this year's winners. Meanwhile, various photos of Big Bang along with other international artists were also posted online, garnering attention from their fans. Highlights of the photos released include Big Bang posing with rock band Queen and Katy Perry. 

Fashion designer Jeremy Scott, who is also close to 2NE1, updated his Twitter account as well with a photo of him and the members.
