The 2011 Mnet Asian Music Awards (MAMA) is currently airing throughout the world through broadcast and live streaming. The award show is being held at the Singapore Indoor Stadium and features the hottest Korean artists!During the red carpet event, it was shown that Leessang's Gil came solo tonight without his Gary. It was then revealed that Gary could not attend the 2011 MAMA due to a special Running Man recording in Hong Kong. Running Man is a weekly variety show that Gary is a permanent cast of alongside Song Jihyo, Haha, Yoo Jaesuk, Kim Jongkook, Lee Kwangsu, and Ji Sukjin.
Meanwhile, Gil has just accepted an award for the Best Hip Hop/Rap Performance on behalf of Leessang.
