Just last weekend, Open World Entertainment held their own family concert in Tokyo, Japan. Including both boy groups on their roster, X-5 and The Boss, as well as Shinhwa member Junjin, the event took place on November 26th, at Differ Ariake Concert hall.
With The Boss recently ending their Korean promotions for their second single "Lady", and Junjin's recent discharge from the army, Open World Entertainment took a shot at organizing a full family concert including all of their current artists.
The Boss, who have been working on their Japanese career since last year, opened to concert and showed off their fluent Japanese skills. They performed their Korean songs, "Admiring Boy", "New Boyz", "Stumble Stumble" and the recent single tracks "Lady" and "Calling You". After that, they passed the mics to their labelmates and rookie group X-5.
The rookie group started off their performance with "Fantasy", before heading on to perform two new songs for their upcoming December release.
Shinhwa member Junjin was present to perform his first stage since his official discharge last November 14th. After performing "Hey Ya", he greeted the crowd, saying that it had been a while he'd seen everyone. He went on to reveal that Shinhwa will be back together next year, after every member will be discharged. Junjin performed another three ballads, as well as his solo debut, "Come".
The concert ended with a special stage between The Boss and Junjin, as they performed a joint stage of Shinhwa's tracks "Brand New" and "Perfect Man".
Before parting ways with the fans, the Open World stars took the time for a handshaking event with the fans who had come all the way to attend the show.
With The Boss preparing for their newest release in Japan, a single by the name of "Love Days", Junjin will be heading off onto his own Asia fan meeting tour with a start in China on December 3rd. At the same time, X-5 is preparing for their Korean comeback later this month.
