DANakaDAN x afterschoolspecial releases "DREAMERS" ft. appearances of 20+ YouTube personalities

DANakaDAN of afterschoolspecial, a Korean-American hip-hop act made up of DANakaDAN, Jaylen Green, Keane Aranita, Todd Olson, Victor Velasquez, Brian Figueroa, has released a new music video called "DREAMERS" on January 10th. The music video was made possible by the appearance of over 20 well-known Youtube personalities, as well as the collaboration with Scott and Daniel from The Dreamlapse Project. 

Cameos include the appearance of Cathy Nguyen, Aj Rafael, David Choi, Jason Chen, Jennifer Chung, Joseph Vincent, Toestah, Arika Sato, Kevin Lien, Dawen, Paul Dateh, Andi Terada, Geo and Chuck of Instant Noodles Crew, Wong Fu Productions, and Ryan Higa. 

Talks for this music video began a year ago when DANakaDAN approached Scott Yoshimoto, who was under MOVeMEDIA Productions at the time. DANakaDAN knew the song needed an appropriate music video, and though he was a low-budget kind of person, he wanted to video to be epic in proportion and not just a simple performance video. 

Scott then brought in the help of Daniel Seo, who he later partnered up with to created The Dreamlapse Project. Videos that was shown and helped inspire DANakaDAN, which were the NIKE: TAKE IT TO THE NEXT LEVELcommercials.
