On January 22nd, SBS aired a special concert in celebration of the upcoming winter Olympics in Pyeongchang. Inkigayo did not air today in favor of the concert. In 2018, Korea will be hosting the Winter Olympic Games in Pyeongchang after winning their bid during 2011.At tonight's concert, IU, Kim Hwan, and Yoo Haeyoung were the MCs. The concert's audience saw performances from 2NE1 who performed "I Am The Best" along with "UGLY," as well as Girls' Generation with "The Boys." Rainbow Pixie sang their hit track "Hoi Hoi."
Teen Top performed their latest hit "Going Crazy" at the concert as well. KARA performed their latest Korean track "Step" and Boy Friend performed "I'll Be There." CN Blue performed "Intuition." IU sang her latest hit track "You & I" as well at tonight's concert.
