Block.B releases an official video apologies for their actions

Block.B has been in the spotlight in the past couple of days after the group's behavior during an interview in Thailand led to criticism from netizens. During the interview, Block.B were seen in high spirits, true to their known "free-spirited" concept. However, many netizens who viewed the interview did not react well to the video, leading to the controversy. The situation led Block.B's leader Zico to shave his head as an act of self-reflection.

The group has continued on their promotions of their track "Nanrina," despite being under the eyes of the media.

On February 23rd, Brandnew Stardom and Block.B released an official video apology (the group previously released apologies through their fancafe) via YouTube to their fans in Thailand. The video accompanied with translated English and Thai text for international fans to comprehend.

Zico introduced the group and the group gave their viewers a 90 degree bow.

"Hello, this is Block.B. We are very sorry for the things that happened in Thailand recently. The fact that we didn't think our actions and damage the Thai people was very stupid and embarrassing and we don't know how to ask your forgiveness. We acknowledge that we made a hasty judgement of the atmosphere of the location and that was very selfish and we're greatly sorry."

"We never meant to hurt anyone, but it was childish and we are very sorry for causing harm. I know we can't stand before you right now and we hope you will watch the change in our actions and in us. We will carefully look back at ourselves, learn, and improve. Again, we would like to bow our heads and apologize."

Throughout the video, Block.B members could be seen with their heads down and hands in front of them.

Recently, Brandnew Stardom commented that "seriously considering changing Block B's free-spirited concept."

Do you believe that Block.B should change their free-spirited concept because of their recent controversy?
