Girls’ Generation’s Taeyeon and Seohyun to join Tiffany as 3-man MC team on Music Core

Starting this week, Girls’ Generation members Taeyeon and Seohyun will be joining Tiffany to form a 3-man MC team for MBC’s weekend music program, Music Core.

On the 31st of January, the producer of Music Core announced that Yuri, who ended her stint at her MC on the show due to a heavy schedule, will be replaced by Taeyeon and Seohyun. PD Park Sukwon confirmed to TV Report, “Taeyeon and Seohyun are not temporary special MCs. Starting from this week, they will continue to work with us as permanent hosts.”

Yuri, who was cast for the SBS drama “Fashion King”, did her last broadcast as MC of Music Core on the 28th of January. Taeyeon and Seohyun will take her spot next to Tiffany starting on the February 4th broadcast.
