Cube Entertainment revealed earlier this week that it would debut its new seven member male group, BTOB (Born TO Beat), on March 21st under their sub-label Cube DC. BTOB revealed a teaser on the March 18th episode of SBS Inkigayo after they had revealed their official site earlier in the day. On March 19th, Cube Entertainment revealed a photo of the members as well as their names: Shin Peniel D., Lee Changsub, Seo Eunkwang, Lee Minhyuk, Jung Ilhoon, Yook Sungjae, and Lim Hyunsik. Cube Entertainment revealed BTOB's "debut single teaser #1" on March 19th and revealed their second debut teaser on March 20th which featured A Pink's Chorong.
BTOB made their official debut into the Korean music scene with the release of their debut track, "Insane," on March 21st in Korea. BTOB held their official debut showcase on March 21st at 3PM KST and the event was livestreamed on YouTube and still available to watch.
BTOB's debut track, "Insane," is an upbeat dance track that not only showcases the members' vocal talents but also their impressive dance moves. The second track, "Imagine", is a ballad track.
BTOB will be performing their first live debut stage on the March 22nd episode of M! Countdown.
