Girl's Day Yura confirmed for role in Chinese drama

Girl's Day Yura will take on her first Chinese drama challenge. On March 7th, Dream Tea Entertainment confirmed her appearance for the Chinese drama, "Secret Angel." The drama is set to air in mid-March. 

Hallyu star Jang Woohyuk and actress Kim Soeun will also be starring in the Chinese drama. Yura will play the character in her early 20s, Yoobin. 

"Secret Angel" will have a total of 10 episodes and will be air nationwide in 27 different cities including Beijing and Shanghai on digital TV. It will also air on cable. 

Yura said, "Jang Woohyuk and Kim Soeun sunbaenim are wonderful people to work with. I'm trying to learn a lot to better myself as a singer, as well as an actress." 

The first trailer for "Secret Angel" is expected to be released on March 14th.

Girl's Day Hyeri is also tackling her first acting role for the upcoming SBS drama, "Father and Daughter."
