Girls' Generation Jessica's weight gain sparks plastic surgery suspicions from netizens

Photos of Girls' Generation's Jessica, showing her looking significantly different, has roused suspicions of plastic surgery. 

The photos, taken at a performance in Malaysia on March 23rd, were recently posted on an online community under the thread title "Jessica looks good after she gained some weight during her break."

They were contrasted against an image of Jessica from the KBS drama "Wild Romance", where she is seen looking slightly gaunt.

On the contrary, the photos from Girls' Generation's Malaysia performance a month later show her looking quite different. In particular her fuller cheeks, rounder forehead and the shape of her lips caught many people's attention.

Some netizens have suggested that Jessica had undergone plastic surgery during her break following the end of the drama filming. 

They commented, "Her forehead and cheeks look unnatural, as if she had Botox," "Did she have a fat transplant injection? How could her face have changed so much when her figure stayed the same?", "It looks like she only gained weight on her face," and "Her lips and the way she looks when she smiles seems unnatural."
