Rainbow's Kim Jaekyung is set to debut as an actress after being selected to play the female lead for an upcoming series on cable channel jTBC.
jTBC sent a press release today and revealed that Jaekyung will play the female leading role in the drama "Monster." She will be playing the role of Na Yumi and will act opposite actor Kwon Sein. Through the press release, it was also revealed that they selected Jaekyung for the role as her sexy and playful image is fitting to the character Na Yumi.
Meanwhile, Jaekyung joins the rest of the group as they focus on their activities in Japan for their third Japanese single "Gonna Gonna Go!"
"Monster" is set to start airing on March 31st through jTBC.
