This week's episode of Music Bank featured performances from two returning girl groups, SISTAR and 4minute, as well as Seo Inguk. 4minute, who last promoted almost a year ago in Korea, performed "Dream Racer" and "Volume Up", and SISTAR performed "Lead Me" and "Alone". Seo Inguk, who last released material in August 2011, performed "Tease Me". EXO-K also held another debut stage tonight, performing "History" and "MAMA". 

Cube Entertainment which consists of their artists BEAST, 4Minute, G.NA and BTOB, recently opened Cube Studio in Chungdamdong, Seoul, the place where many foreign fans are located.

Having released their mini-album "Volume Up" earlier this week, following several teaser photos, videos, and the MV for the eponymous title track, 4minute returned to the stage with a performance of "Dream Racer," produced by indie rock band The KOXX, as well as a performance of the Shinsadong Tiger produced track, titled "Volume Up."

After releasing their new mini album "Volume Up" along with its official music video earlier this week, 4minute is set to give their first comeback performance on Mnet's M! Countdown. 

4minute’s long awaited comeback has stormed the music charts. 

Making their comeback with their new mini album "Volume Up" today, and various live stages later this week, Cube Entertainment also revealed the full music video for 4minute's new title track "Volume Up".

After releasing two teaser photos, official album covers and their first video teaser days ago, 4minute unveils the second video teaser for their comeback. The clip was uploaded on 4minute's official Youtube account and was announced by Cube Entertainment through social networking sites such as Twitter today. 

4minute revealed their album jacket covers and hinted fans of their new comeback concept. For the past few days, Cube Entertainment released two teaser photos and a video clip to hype 4minute's upcoming comeback. 

After unveiling two teaser photos earlier this month, 4minute have just revealed the first video teaser for their upcoming title track, "Volume Up." The track, produced by Shinsadong Tiger, will be released on 4minute's mini-album, also titled "Volume Up." 4minute have previously worked with Shinsadong Tiger on tracks including "Hot Issue," "Muzik," "Mirror Mirror," and "Heart to Heart."

UPDATE: A teaser photo for "Volume Up" has been released through 4minute's official site, which CUBEUNITED describes as "fairy tale 4minute". Take a look at the teaser photo below! 

4minute, who is set to return in the local music scene this April, is reported to have worked with hit composer Shinsadong Tiger. They are set to make their comeback and will create a strong impression with their changes in music and performances. 

Girl group 4minute has released 2 pictorials for magazines NYLON and Vogue Girl. Each pictorial portrays a similar innocent look, yet gives a different feel. 

Cube Entertainment's girl group, 4minute, was scheduled for a comeback earlier in the year after being on hiatus since the release of their 1st studio album, "4MINUTES LEFT," last year in April. Their comeback has since then been continuously delayed.

4minute's comeback has been rescheduled to April, and Cube Entertainment explains the reason for its delay. The repeated postponement made by the agency for the group's new album release, which was originally scheduled for January, continues to confuse fans. 

Cube Entertainment will have a new group join their family, Cube United. Home of popular artists 4minute, BEAST, and G.NA, Cube Entertainment has revealed that they will soon debut a 7-member male group called BTOB (pronounced: B to B), Born To Beat .

4minute, who was scheduled to return to the Korean music scene in February, has pushed back their comeback date to March. Through a representative, Cube Entertainment confirmed that the group was originally scheduled to return in February, but was pushed back to late March because they wanted to master the tracks for their upcoming album. 

In the October 25th recording of the KBS2 program “Win Win,” After School's Jungah and 4minute's Hyuna made complaints about their composers' strict and rigorous training.

Brave Brothers admitted, "I won't ask them to sing if they're not ready. I could even send them home during the recording." He also told the studio that he would give more singing parts to the more vocally talented members. Members who couldn't sing as well wouldn't receive even two words from him.

After School's Jungah revealed that she had to face this. “I even went home with nothing done. I become more tense during the actual recording. I still feel fearful (toward him) until now. One time, he asked me to repeat the part again and again, and I went home without anything done.” On the other hand, she noted that once recording was finished, he turned into a kind person.

Gahee added, "He keep on asking us to repeat a letter again and again. That's why we're getting more nervous, and can't do better." Host Lee Sugeun then asked the After School members if Brave Brothers did that because he wanted to see them for a longer time, drawing laughter from the studio.

4minute's Hyuna also had composer problems of her own. She wanted to change her rap image but Shinsadong Tiger wouldn't give her any song parts. “He even gave me a part that doesn't suit my voice at all, and keeps on teasing me."

Shinsadong Tiger's protested, “I did that because I wanted to warn her not to sing anymore.” His excuse caused everyone to bust into laughter.

Looking at the success of 4minute and After School's songs, it seems like their strict training and decisions were worth it! What do you think?
