This week's episode of Music Bank featured performances from two returning girl groups, SISTAR and 4minute, as well as Seo Inguk. 4minute, who last promoted almost a year ago in Korea, performed "Dream Racer" and "Volume Up", and SISTAR performed "Lead Me" and "Alone". Seo Inguk, who last released material in August 2011, performed "Tease Me". EXO-K also held another debut stage tonight, performing "History" and "MAMA". 

Girl group SISTAR made their comeback on tonight's episode of Music Bank with "Lead Me" and the title track of their mini album, "Alone". The group last released their first full album, "So Cool", in summer 2011, and has since focused on solo activities, including member Hyorin's role on "Dream High 2". 

Starship Entertainment streamed SISTAR’s live showcase worldwide today on their official YouTube channel. The showcase began with a variety of their hit music videos, such as "Push Push," "Ma Boy," "So Cool," and "Alone," followed by the live performances of "Lead Me" and "Alone."

SISTAR has finally unveiled the music video for their new title track, “Alone.” Filmed in Las Vegas, Nevada, the video features the girls in various nightclub settings. The slick choreography allows the girls to show off their long legs.

Currently preparing for their official comeback this week, SISTAR has been selected as the new models for cosmetics brand Holika Holika. On the 10th of April, the company confirmed that they have selected SISTAR as their new models and will join Jung Ilwoo as representatives. 

Continuing their world tour, which began earlier this year in Paris, KBS's Music Bank held their "Music Bank in Vietnam" show on March 15th. Music Bank is set to hold shows in Jakarta, Hong Kong, Los Angeles, as well as São Paulo by the year's end.

Set to make their comeback this April, SISTAR unveils their first image teaser today. On the 5th of April, Starship Entertainment released the first glimpse for the group's concept and revealed their transformation as femme fatales. 

STAR1 (SISTAR's fans) be prepared! Starship Entertainment has announced on April 2nd that popular girl group SISTAR will be making their return this month. 

During each episode of SBS's Inkigayo every other Sunday, a segment of the show is reserved for a special song. In the past, idols such as G.NA, Teen Top, After School, Girls' Day, CN Blue, miss A, f(x), Secret, BEAST, FT Island, Jewelry, 2PM, A Pink, T-ara, MBLAQ, and most recently DAl Shabet have performed the segment on the show.

Brave Brothers is set to hold an event in Japan early next year, including various different Kpop artists.

Artists featured on the event include Brave Brothers themselves, rookie girl group Brave Girls, SISTAR, ElectroBoyz, SMASH and ex-F.Cuz member LeeU. More artists are set to be revealed later on.

The "K-POP COLLECTION –Powered by Brave Brothers-" concert will take place in the Sun Dome Fukui in Echizen, Fukui, on January 29th. The doors will open at 4PM, while the event itself will start an hour later, at 5PM.

SHINee, MBLAQ, SISTAR, and ZE:A arrived in Taiwan earlier in order to participate in the K-Friends Concert held on November 20th. In particular, SHINee, MBLAQ, and SISTAR arrived in the morning of the 20th, while ZE:A arrived on the 19th, and attracted many fans to the airport to welcome them. Because of the amount of fans that showed up, the concert organizer arranged for the artists to come out in a different terminal, resulting in the fans running around the airport in order to catch a glimpse of their idols.

As a result of the last minute change in terminals, fans were spotted running from Terminal 1 to Terminal 2 at the Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport, without regard of their image and appearance. When the idols came out of the secured area, fans began screaming in order to attract their attention. Additionally, some fans even wore helmets or dressed up as Pikachu in hopes of catching their idols’ eyes even just for one second.

After releasing their single "Hot Place" for Samsung Mobile on October 31st, the official music video has been released. The music video features SISTAR in the recording studio practicing the lyrics with Brave Brother by their side to help them, and the members are also seen recording in the studio.

"Hot Place" has been chosen as the theme song for Samsung Mobile's Facebook (Smile & Mobile) Hot Trend Music (www.facebook.com/samsungmobileshop). The song was composed by Brave Brother.

Meanwhile, SISTAR has finished promoting their 1st studio album "So Cool" and they will be heading to Las Vegas, Nevada, for a historic event, "KPOP Masters." The event "Billboard 2011 KPOP MASTERS" will be presented at the MGM Grand Garden Arena on November 25th and 26th, and will feature K-Pop artists TVXQ, SHINee, BEAST, 4minute, G.NA, MBLAQ, Brown Eyed Girls, and SISTAR. 

SISTAR has teamed up with Brave Brothers once again to release their latest digital single, “Hot Place“, for the Samsung Mobile Shop.

The song is especially meaningful in that not only is it composed by Brave Brothers and sung by SISTAR, but it’s also written with contributions from users of the Samsung Mobile Shop Facebook in celebration of its opening.

Fans were able to contribute lines for the lyrics over the course of 15 days. The powerful beat and fun rhythm is enough to make anyone get out of their seats and dance.

SISTAR stated, “We’re glad that our voices match so well to the lyrics written by the fans on Facebook. It’s a meaningful song to us because we were able to collaborate with everyone.”
