Girls' Generation to release repackaged album in Japan

Following their successful debut in Japan, Girls' Generation is set to release a repackaged version of their first full length Japanese album this month. Various media outlets reported today that the repackaged album will be released on December 28th.

The repackaged release will also include a new track titled "Time Machine," a Japanese version of their latest track "The Boys," and also remixed versions of three more songs from their original album.

Girls' Generation released their first full length album, "GIRLS' GENERATION," in Japan last June. It further achieved double platinum status and has sold over 850,000 copies to date. The album is considered the top selling K-Pop album of 2011, as stated by Japan's Tower Records.
