M Live Concerts releases promo video for FT Island + CNBLUE concert; announces partnership with Asiana Airlines

FNC Entertainment's 1st family concert in Los Angeles, "Stand Up," featuring FT Island and CNBLUE is quickly approaching with less than 2 weeks left until the big show. FT Island and CNBLUE will be holding a joint concert at the Nokia Live Theatre in LA on Friday, March 9th at 8PM PST to the delight of fans.

Tickets were made via Ticketmaster on January 28th through their website, and were also available from POWERHOUSE.

Ahead of said concert, FT Island and CNBLUE have released a video greeting their fans. FT Island said excitedly, "Hello, we're FT Island! (Ecstatic Lee Hongki: "What's up man!") We are bringing a special show, just for our fans in LA. On March 9th, at Nokia Theatre LA Live, we, FT Island, are coming together with CNBLUE. We can't wait to see you guys there! Please come and be a part of our show. Thank you."

Finally we are going to meet up with you on March 9th at the Nokia Theatre LA Live with FT Island. This will be the first time to meet with our fans in America, so we are excited. Let's be patient, just for awhile. Hope you guys come and enjoy the show! Thank you!"

CJ E&M's established global concert company, M-Live, host of the concert "Stand Up," has also made a big step forward and has partnered up with Asiana Airlines as its official carrier.

Celebrations for the successful partnership took place on February 21st, where CJ E&M expressed their hopes that through the partnership, M-Live will be able to bring even more global concerts this year to fans.

As per their partnership, Asiana Airlines will be in charge of providing the flights of artists performing in M-Live's hosted global concerts, as well as its staff members. In return, Asiana Airlines will be globally promoted through their channels and contents.

M-Live was established in November 2011 to help spread K-Pop globally. Thus far, M-Live has successfully held concerts in Abu Dhabi (Star Empire concert), Los Angeles (Jungle Entertainment), Brazil (Cube Entertainment), and more.

CJ E&M’s Vice President of Music Business Department Ahn Joon was quoted saying, “A partnership with an airline industry not only becomes a direct driving force for the globalization of the cultural enterprise, but it will bring forth positive effects for both parties – this will contribute greatly to the advancement of our national industry.”

Ryu Kwanghee, Asiana Airline’s General Manager, added, “This partnership will contribute to spreading and advancing K-Pop and the Hallyu wave and enhance the Korean brand.”

FT Island's Lee Hongki said, “As much as we are receiving various supports, including from a prestigious airline, we will do our best to bring forth great results from our upcoming M-LIVE concert in LA.”
