DSP Media has confirmed that KARA extended their exclusive contract with their Japanese label, Universal Music Japan.
The label announced in a press release that KARA's contract with the Japanese company was supposed to expire by August of this year. However, they have decided to renew their contract with the label and will stay with them until December 2013.
KARA first signed with the label back in August 2010 and was able to release their debut single "Mister" right after. After which, the group made successful single releases and promoted tracks such as "Jumping," "Jet Coaster Love," "Winter Magic," "Girls' Talk" and "SPEED UP/Girls Power."
KARA is also set to tour Japan this April and is reported to have added two extra dates at the Saitama Super Arena in Tokyo on May 26th and 27th.
