Kim Hyunjoong rumored to make a drama comeback through "City Conquest"

Kim Hyunjoong is speculated to be making his drama comeback after being offered for a role "City Conquest." It is further revealed that the production selected Kim Hyunjoong for the lead role and if he does agree for the project, filming shall start straight away. 

"City Conquest" will be based on a popular 270 series comic book published back in 1996, which managed to sell at least a million copies nationwide. 

If Kim Hyunjoong confirms his participation, the drama will mark his comeback on the small screen after MBC's "Playful Kiss" back in 2010. Previously, he was also rumored to have been selected for the drama "Speed" but the production was eventually postponed. 

"City Conquest" will be directed by Yang Yunho and written by Hwang Jooha.
