Verizon's APAHM TOUR 2012 to feature Jay Park

Each year, the United States honors Americans who are of Asian Pacific heritage during the month of May. Additionally, phone company Verizon Wireless holds annual events for Asian Pacific American Heritage Month. In the past, Verizon's Asian Pacific American Heritage Month Tour (APAHM TOUR) has held events featuring Taiwanese-American singers Van Ness Wu and Evonne Hsu, Singaporean singer JJ Lin, and more. In 2009, the event featured Epik High and Far-East Movement. In 2008, Se7en made an appearance on the tour. 

This year, Verizon Wireless will hold their 2012 APAHM TOUR in May. The tour will visit Washington, D.C., New York, San Francisco, and Los Angeles. Although Verizon has yet to reveal their full website for this year's tour, they chose to unveil the tour stops and a teaser image on the site. 

The teaser image on the site features Korean-American singer, songwriter, producer, and dancer, Jay Park. Jay Park recently made his comeback in Korea with the release of his full length album, "New Breed." 

Tickets for the tour stops will go on sale on April 20th. Stay tuned to Koreaboo for more information as soon as it is released!
